3. Third-Party Services

The statistics and marketing categories above are provided by third-party services. Each service has its own privacy and cookie policy:

IntelliSee does not share your personal information with these services for monetary consideration. We are, however, transparent that providing data to advertising and analytics services may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and similar state laws. Use the controls in section 4 or 6 to opt out.

5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

IntelliSee detects and honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal. When your browser sends a GPC signal with your request, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under the CCPA, CPA, CTDPA, and other state laws that recognize universal opt-out mechanisms.

When a GPC signal is detected on your visit, a confirmation indicator appears briefly at the bottom-left of the page: “Opt-Out Preference Signal Honored.” Statistics and marketing cookies are automatically declined for your session and are not activated unless you later grant consent through the banner.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Tennessee have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Exercise your rights in three ways:

  • Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (see section 5 above) — automatically honored on every visit.
  • Decline marketing cookies in the consent banner or through the “Manage Consent” footer link.
  • Submit a request directly by emailing privacy@intellisee.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We verify the request to prevent fraudulent submissions and respond within 15 business days.

IntelliSee does not discriminate against users who exercise these rights. You will not receive degraded service, lower quality, or a higher price for opting out.

7. Policy Updates

We review this Cookie Policy periodically and update it when we add, remove, or materially change the cookies and tracking technologies used on the site. Material changes are also noted in the main privacy policy.
